Authors should prepare and submit their manuscript using the Standard LaTeX Article Template from HERE.  It is mandatory to submit the whole folder with all the latex source files in zipped format and the pdf output separately. Manuscripts not adhering to the mentioned format will not be entertained.

Since a blind review will be conducted, please ensure that the actual author information are removed from the contents of the file as well as the file properties before submission.
